Well, the kids are back in school, and I am as well. And we are as busy as ever!!! With cheerleading, football, and baseball all going on at the same time, we hardly have time to rest. However, we enjoy every minute of it.
Tyler is playing pee-wee football this year. He has his first game next week. He has been practicing for several weeks now, and he's really loving it. He is also on a traveling baseball team, Mississippi Express. They have had one tournament, and they got 2nd place in their division.
I am so proud of Brittany and her cheerleading. She has learned to stunt and do basket tosses, and her tumbling is as good as ever. She is enjoying it so much. She has already had Meet the Colts, the jamboree, and the first game at Jackson Academy. She has her first pep rally tomorrow. I hope I can make it, but I am heading to the surgeon in Memphis to schedule to get my pacemaker removed...yay!!!! The jr. high game is here this week, so that's good. Next week, we will travel to Pillow on Tuesday for Pee-Wee football, and I don't know where the jr. high game will be on Thursday. It's enough to wear anyone out, though!!!
My school year has gotten off to a pretty good start. I'll keep my fingers crossed that it stays that way!!!
